I think we need to re-design this unit to get kitchen off the front so we can have a larger window. First floor window wrong proportion and should be wider rather than taller (needs to be considered re prev comment) Again, without any glazing bars this unit is hard to appreciate as part of the Bournville image aspiration. We should look at slight modification on porch to return dwarf wall to main wall of bungalow and add trellis screen to sides to increase cottagy effect. Are the roof trusses exposed?
